Reporting to HR leadership, this role is pivotal in implementing people strategies that influence company ethos and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships across departments.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including handling complex ER cases.
• Drive and support change initiatives focused on organisational effectiveness, structure, and culture.
• Oversee engagement surveys, interpret results, and guide follow-up actions to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Plan and communicate HR policies, ensuring adherence.
• Design and deliver comprehensive DEI programmes.
• Collaborate on strategic learning and development programmes to reduce attrition.
