A leading property business.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will join the business for a 12-month maternity cover. In this generalist role, with a focus on Employee Relations, you will be responsible for managing complex ER casework including disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, settlement agreements, as well as organisation design, restructures, and redundancy consultations. You will also lead on change projects and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent. Experience in a fast-paced, complex, multi-site environment handling high-volume ER casework is essential. You should have experience working in a small team, handling operational duties, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at a senior level. Ability to start on short notice and commit to a 12-month FTC working from central London are required.
