The Senior HR Business Partner will be a trusted partner to the route's senior leadership, proactively addressing people-related needs to enhance performance. Responsibilities include leading talent and succession planning, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and EDI initiatives, while supporting HR projects aligned with business priorities. The role involves coaching leaders, developing the HR team, and promoting high standards of people management.
This role requires a strategic, solution-focused approach, leveraging commercial insight and resilience to address operational and strategic challenges, influencing at all levels to deliver business impact.
