Job summary

Steatite is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our growing HR team. You will partner with managers across the business, provide expert HR advice, support strategic people initiatives, and help drive a positive employee experience.

This role covers organisational change, complex employee relations, talent acquisition support, policy development, HR projects, training, and delivering HR metrics to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering or a technical environment would be advantageous.
