Steatite Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver proactive HR advisory services, focusing on employee relations and change management. This role involves supporting managers through complex HR issues and developing effective HR policies.
You will be part of a dynamic team, influencing strategic initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess CIPD Level 5 and strong knowledge of UK employment law.

We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver a high‑quality, proactive HR advisory service across the organisation, supporting managers and staff with complex employee relations, change management, and strategic HR initiatives.
