Job summary
Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking a Senior Health & Safety / HSEQ Advisor for a hands-on construction role. Based at Potters Bar, you will monitor HSEQ policies, lead site inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvement across live projects while reporting to the HSEQ Director.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in Health & Safety / HSEQ within construction.
- Experience operating at Senior Advisor level.
- Strong site inspection and HSEQ audit skills.
- Excellent knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
- Ability to lead or support incident investigations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of HSEQ policies across live projects.
- Undertake site inspections and HSEQ audits with clear reports.
- Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions.
- Provide practical HSEQ guidance to Project Managers and Site Managers.
- Drive improvements in HSEQ performance and culture.
- Support development and rollout of HSEQ initiatives.
- Maintain accurate inspection, audit, and compliance records.
- Report regularly to the HSEQ Director.
