Job summary

Shirley Parsons in London is seeking a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to lead the HSW strategy on a major infrastructure programme. You will drive safety culture, wellbeing initiatives, and continuous improvement across a complex construction environment, reporting to the Head of HSW and guiding audits, investigations and assurance activities.

You will influence senior stakeholders, work with delivery partners and supply chain, and embed health, safety and wellbeing across the project

Qualifications

• Significant H&S leadership experience within construction, infrastructure, rail or major projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and risk management.
• Experience leading audits, investigations and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager | Major Infrastructure Project | London

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing leader to join a major infrastructure programme in London.

Reporting to the Head of HSW, you'll play a key role in driving safety culture, wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement across a complex construction environment. You'll lead the implementation of project HSW strategies, oversee audits, inspections and assurance activities, support incident investigations, and provide expert guidance on legislative and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery partners and the wider supply chain, you'll help embed health, safety and wellbeing throughout the full project lifecycle while championing behavioural safety, workforce engagement and continuous improvement.
