Fawkes & Reece Group in Bristol is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead site safety across multi-project schemes valued £100M–£300M. You will champion best practice and drive compliance with H&S legislation on complex construction sites.

The role focuses on inspections, audits, incident support, and continuous improvement, with a clear path to progression within a leading Tier 1 contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role on high-value schemes is advantageous.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and client/ company expectations.
• Support planning and delivery teams with high-risk activities.
• Regularly conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Advise on incidents, accidents or near misses.
• Promote health and safety awareness and continuous improvement.
