Job summary

CV Technical Limited is recruiting for an experienced HSE Senior Lead to join their Glossop site. You will lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance across the site and ensure compliance with UK legislation, while driving continuous improvement and supporting ISO audits.

We require a NEBOSH Diploma and proven HSE leadership in manufacturing environments. You will mentor site management, oversee risk assessments, COSHH and incident investigations, and foster a proactive safety culture

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Environmental management qualification or demonstrable environmental compliance experience.
• Significant HSE leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Experience implementing HSE management systems and ISO audits.
• Experience managing risk assessments, COSHH, incident investigations and corrective actions.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Senior Lead to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Glossop area.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Environmental management qualification or demonstrable experience in environmental compliance and management systems.
• Significant experience in an HSE leadership or management position within manufacturing, industrial or chemical processing environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Experience implementing and maintaining HSE management systems and supporting ISO audits and certification.
• Proven experience managing risk assessments, COSHH, incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
