Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a senior HSE leader to join our UK operations, reporting to the Delivery Manager. This permanent role focuses on safety leadership, environmental performance, and high standards of site health and safety.

You will coach safety advisors, drive improvement programmes, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure clear communications across management, engineers and the client. The position demands experience in petrochemical, refining, or construction industries and

Qualifications

Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
A successful track record in hands-on management.
Evidence of achieving customer satisfaction.
Experience in the petrochemical, refining, process or construction industries.
Experience in a senior HSE role, customer facing.
CCNSG within 3 months; IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe and responsible working and full compliance to Company and Site safety procedures.
Support site improvement initiatives and maintain HSE standards.
Coaching and mentoring safety advisors with clear objectives.
Maintain high standards of health and safety and environmental performance.
Ensure clear communications with delivery manager, operations manager, engineers and client.
Develop long-term relationships with customers based on trust and mutual respect.
