Job summary

Masdar, a global leader in renewable energy, seeks an experienced HSE professional seconded to the DBS project in the UK. The role delivers end-to-end HSE support across onshore enabling and offshore works, ensuring CDM 2015 compliance and contractor oversight.

You will lead HSE planning, audits, incident investigations, and risk management across multi-site activities, collaborating with Tier 1/2 contractors and regulatory bodies to drive continuous safety improvements within a dynamic offshore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in H&S or closely related field.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH qualification is highly desirable.
• NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate or equivalent Level 3+ HSE qualification.
• CDM 2015 Awareness/Training understanding of roles and responsibilities.
• OGUK/ offshore medical certifications (as required).
• Experience with UK HSE legislation and RAMS reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore HSE plans and execution.
• Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Provide specialist HSE advice and risk management guidance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies (HSE UK, MCA, MMO) and contractors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety culture.
