Job summary
Granite Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to support offshore wind maintenance and engineering projects across UK assets.
The role combines field visits with hybrid office governance to ensure safe planning, mobilisation, and execution of complex scopes. You will lead RAMS reviews, HAZID sessions, and incident investigations, driving continuous improvement while engaging with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Senior HSE experience in offshore environments.
- Experience supporting offshore wind and/or oil & gas operations.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Strong incident investigation and RAMS skills.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning and mobilisation for safe execution.
- Develop and review RAMS and risk controls.
- Lead offshore site visits, inspections, drills and audits.
- Investigate incidents and implement lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction.
- Support emergency response standards and assurance.
- Facilitate HAZID and risk assessment activities.
- Promote proactive safety culture and advise stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
