Ready to take your Health, Safety and Environment expertise to the next level? This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HSE Adviser to shape HSE strategy, strengthen day-to-day safety performance, and help drive continuous improvement across a manufacturing and R&D environment. If you thrive on practical problem-solving, mentoring others, and turning compliance into real business impact, the Senior HSE Adviser role offers the platform to make a visible difference.

As a Senior HSE Advisor you will:

  • Develop and implement robust HSE procedures and risk mitigation plans tailored to operational needs as a Senior HSE Adviser.

  • Lead and oversee complex incident and accident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are closed effectively.
  • Take specialist ownership across areas such as PUWER, LOLER, Electrical Safety, Environmental Compliance, Industrial Hygiene and Chemical Management.
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members, building capability across the wider business in your Senior HSE Adviser capacity.
  • Deliver advanced HSE training, coordinate internal and external audits, and analyse trends to produce clear HSE performance reports.

The Senior HSE Advisor will bring:

  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver training at all levels.

This Senior HSE Adviser role directly supports the company's drive for safe, reliable operations and a culture of improvement. By designing risk mitigation strategies, leading audits, and translating complex legislation into clear guidance, the Senior HSE Adviser helps create stronger outcomes for people, processes, and performance.
