Orion Electrotech Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor to uphold and improve HSE standards across operations. This role focuses on compliance, continuous improvement, and fostering a safe working environment.

You will manage risk assessments, support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems, conduct audits, analyse data, and ensure GDPR and cyber security compliance while collaborating with management to drive a positive HSE culture.

Competenze

• NEBOSH National or International Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (minimum requirement).
• The HSE Advisor will need a strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Excellent understanding of UK Health, Safety & Environmental legislation.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
• Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments.
