JobsTrackR is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor to elevate our HSE standards across operations. You will manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with UK legislation while supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.

You will also lead internal audits, analyse HSE data, and collaborate with management to foster a positive safety culture in a hybrid working environment.

Formación

• NEBOSH National or International Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (minimum requirement).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Excellent understanding of UK Health, Safety & Environmental legislation.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyse and interpret data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain Health, Safety & Environmental risk assessments across the business.

• Conduct internal audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Support facility and asset management activities to ensure ongoing compliance and suitability.
• Assist in the administration and control of information systems, ensuring GDPR and cyber security compliance.
• Work closely with management and operational teams to drive a positive HSE culture.

Requirements

• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Desirable

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
• Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments.
