What you’ll do:
This role will play a key role in delivering our people strategy, bringing best practice and insights to drive an employee experience that delights. Reporting into the Head of People Operations, you will have a keen focus on aligning with a specific business unit to provide strategic HR support and guidance. You will contribute to our evolving centre of excellence model, owning key initiatives and projects that enhance our overall people operations delivery.
