ABL Group is seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior HR Systems and Processes Specialist to join our HR team in London. This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced professional to contribute to and enhance our HR systems at a strategic level. Application Deadline: August 30, 2024. Department: Business Support. Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time. Location: United Kingdom, London. Workplace type: Hybrid.

What you will be doing

As our Senior HR Systems & Processes Specialist, you will be responsible for providing global Systems & Processes support to the Head of HR Systems and Processes. In addition, you will:

  1. Lead and coordinate the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with global standards for efficiency and consistency.
  2. Design, document, and evaluate processes using standardized methodologies, ensuring end-to-end optimization and alignment with global requirements.
  3. Collaborate with HR SMEs and COEs to enhance HRIS processes through re-engineering methodologies, maximizing system effectiveness and improving employee experience.
  4. Consult with business stakeholders to identify, collect, and propose solutions for potential process improvements.
  5. Oversee the planning, execution, and management of system-build processes, including user acceptance testing, reporting, and analyzing improvement outcomes.
  6. Conduct regular system and data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  7. Develop and deliver training content, effectively communicating process changes to operational teams.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the overall objectives of the organization.
  9. The role is primarily based in London, and the incumbent needs to have the right to work and reside in the UK. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones is expected.

    What we are looking for

    We seek an individual with strong interpersonal and administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized. You will have access to development programs to learn new skills and take on greater responsibilities. You should also:

    1. Hold a University Degree in HR or equivalent, or CIPD certification is an advantage.
    2. Have at least 6+ years of experience in HR within a global setting, including experience with HR policies/handbooks and HRIS implementation.
    3. Possess knowledge of best practice HR policies and procedures.
    4. Have good knowledge of Employment Law.
    5. Be well-versed in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    6. Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

    Desirable Competencies:

    1. Knowledge of GDPR Regulations.
    2. Knowledge of international employment law.
    3. Experience within the energy industry is a plus.
