CEVA Logistics UK&I is seeking a Senior HR Shared Services Administrator to join our Ashby-de-la-Zouch team. You will deliver high-quality HR administration across the employee lifecycle, supporting colleagues and managers in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid, Monday to Friday role. You will escalate complex queries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to coaching and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR admin support across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to resolve complex employee and manager queries.
• Knowledge of GDPR and employment law.
• Experience with HR ticketing or case-management systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality HR administration support across the employee lifecycle, managing complex transactions.
• Resolve complex queries and ensure HR records are accurate and compliant.
• Coach and onboard new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
