Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a Senior HR Operations Advisor (Employment & TUPE Specialist) to shape a compliant, efficient HR service with strong employment law and TUPE knowledge.

Based in Horsforth Leeds, two days in the office, you will lead TUPE activity, contract reviews, and terms and conditions while supporting HR, Payroll and Legal. The role offers a benefits package, career progression and training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Proven experience leading or supporting TUPE transfers and workforce changes.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and interpreting employment contracts and related HR docs.
• Experience in HR Operations/Shared Services handling complex lifecycle processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employment law, contracts, and HR policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Lead TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and change projects ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Draft and maintain employment contracts, terms and conditions, and associated documentation.
• Act as escalation point for complex employee lifecycle and ER queries.
• Drive process improvement and standardisation across HR operations.
