Job summary

Devon and Cornwall Police is seeking a Senior Officer in HR Operations to join the Hybrid team in Plymouth on a 33-hour week. The role is a secondment until September 2027 with a salary of £40,383 rising to £44,700 per annum plus excellent benefits.

The post provides case management and advisory support, including performance and attendance processes, and supervises the HR Operations Support Team. A flexible training plan and hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and case management is desirable.
• Ability to supervise a team and provide guidance to HR Officers.
• Strong advisory skills for performance and attendance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR Operations support to designated business areas of the Force.
• Manage case management and advisory services including performance and attendance support.
• Supervise HR Operations Support Team and coordinate training plan.
