Bradgate Education Partnership is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead HR services across the Trust. The role works closely with the Director of HR, focusing on strategic workforce initiatives, policy development, and complex employee relations.

The successful candidate will bring robust employment-law knowledge, evidence of influencing senior leaders, and a commitment to an inclusive, high-performing culture. A vehicle and site travel are required.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
  • Substantial expertise in employee relations, employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience providing strategic HR advice and influencing senior leaders within a complex organisation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies, workforce strategies and organisational change initiatives.
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive people matters with tact and sound judgement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate priorities into practical people solutions.
  • Commitment to promoting an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
  • Access to a vehicle and the ability to travel between Trust sites.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated HR professional to join Bradgate Education Partnership, as our Senior HR Manager on a permanent basis, for 37 hours per week. Working closely with the Director of HR, you will play a key strategic role in leading the delivery of high-quality HR services across the Trust. You will provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, lead workforce initiatives and HR projects, and support the development and implementation of people strategies that contribute to organisational success.
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of employment law, employee relations and HR best practice? Do you have the ability to build credible relationships with leaders and provide expert advice on complex people matters?   • Have a CIPD qualification (Level 7 or above) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Be a highly experienced HR professional with substantial expertise in employee relations, employment law and HR best practice.
  • Have experience of providing strategic HR advice and influencing senior leaders within a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have experience of developing and implementing HR policies, workforce strategies and organisational change initiatives.
  • Be confident managing complex and sensitive people matters with professionalism, tact and sound judgement.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate organisational priorities into practical people solutions.
  • Be committed to promoting an inclusive, positive and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Have access to a vehicle and the ability to travel between Trust sites where required.
