With an entrepreneurial culture, ambitious growth plans and a commitment to excellence, this organisation offers a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the people agenda across the UK, Jersey and Italy.

Reporting directly to the CHRO, you'll sit at the heart of the business, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while leading a talented HR team and driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

What You'll Be Doing

As the senior HR lead for the region, you'll have the autonomy and influence to make a real impact.

  • Partner closely with business leaders to shape people strategy and support organisational growth.
  • Lead on all employee relations matters, providing pragmatic advice, coaching leaders and navigating complex challenges with confidence.

  • Use people data and insights to inform decision-making, drive engagement and enhance retention.
  • Champion key HR transformation projects, partnering with global teams to implement new systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, immigration and core HR operations, ensuring an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing HR team, creating a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical HR expertise with commercial acumen, gravitas and the confidence to influence at senior levels.

You’ll bring:
