Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an HR Advisor / Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to join the HR Business Partnering team. You will handle investigations, provide guidance on policies, and support managers to maintain a fair and just culture.

Three posts are available due to growth; you will work in a busy, multi-disciplinary environment, with flexible working options and a focus on employee relations, policy development, and recruitment support.

Qualifications

• Employee relations experience, good organisational skills, and CIPD qualification will be invaluable in this role.
• Experience in conducting and advising on HR investigations and case management.
• Working knowledge of current Employment Law and HR Best Practice is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an operational HR service in conjunction with ER Business Partnering.
• Undertake commissioned HR investigations and represent at hearings when required.
• Support in policy development, job evaluation panels and recruitment guidance.
