Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust seeks an HR Advisor / ER Advisor to ensure investigations align with policy and best practice, fostering a fair and just culture. The role is based in Milton Keynes with flexible working patterns to support work-life balance.

You will support ER panels, provide coaching to managers, develop HR policies, advise recruitment on pay issues, participate in Job Evaluation panels, and collaborate with payroll on pay-related matters.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR policy and procedural coaching to managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure investigations are conducted in line with Trust policy and best practice.
• Support fair and just culture panels for early decision-making in investigations.
• Deliver HR policy and procedural coaching to managers and staff (35+).
• Review, write, and agree corporate HR policies with stakeholder input.
• Provide guidance to Recruitment Team on recruitment issues and pay.
• Attend Job Evaluation panels as management representative.
