Job summary

AMA Admin is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading FMCG/manufacturing organisation on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract, working across multi-site operations with travel. You will partner with senior operational leaders to shape people strategy, drive engagement and culture, and support organisational change with pragmatic, commercially minded HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant senior HR Business Partner experience in a challenging operational environment.
• CIPD Level 5 desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business challenges into people solutions.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or similarly operationally intensive environments.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting organisational change, culture development and business transformation.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
• Flexible to travel UK-wide.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior operational leaders and site GMs to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as trusted coach and adviser to senior leaders and management teams.
• Drive employee engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness across sites.
• Lead organisational change, transformation and modernisation programmes.
• Develop site-specific people plans to support performance and growth.
• Guide complex employee relations and employment matters.
