About the role
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the scope to significantly influence how we empower our Managers and support our Colleagues, evolve our processes and policies, and continue to advance our HR partnering-led approach to the business.

This role will work closely with the Senior Leadership team and reports directly to the Group HR Director, with whom you will work closely and deputize for in their absence.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The role is based at our Head Office in Ringwood but will require some travel.
About you
The ideal candidate will hold a recognized HR qualification, ideally CIPD level 5 or equivalent, with substantial experience as an HR professional in a growing, multi-site company. You will have excellent people leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team through coaching and mentoring.
You will demonstrate solid employment legislation knowledge and experience handling complex employee relations matters, and be able to pass this knowledge on to others to empower their decision-making.
Experience leading projects to improve operational processes and procedures, especially with recent HR system implementations, is essential.
You will have a strong team ethos, believe in putting people at the center of your work, and possess the confidence to challenge and make tough decisions when necessary.
Finally, you will be pragmatic, hands-on, and passionate about HR and its contribution to a commercial business.
