What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, driving workforce and talent plans
• Lead complex change management (TUPE, restructures, redeployments)
• Deliver people analytics to support talent strategies and business decisions
• Support and coach managers on performance, engagement, and employee relations
• Drive succession planning, talent management, and leadership development
• Shape reward strategy and oversee pay review/benchmarking
• Support bids, audits, and contract tenders from a People perspective
• Manage escalated ER cases, including immigration and settlement agreements
• Develop HR team members through mentoring and leadership

What You Bring:

• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen and confident HR expertise
• Proven experience in strategic partnering and complex HR change projects
• Skilled in ER, employment law, people analytics, and talent development
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Calm under pressure, detail-focused, and highly organised
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
• Be part of a mission to improve healthcare through people
• Work with a talented HR team in a fast-paced, meaningful sector
• Lead initiatives that shape careers and create lasting impact
