The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking a strategic HR leader to drive cultural change and lead HR initiatives. This role involves overseeing HR teams and aligning HR strategy with organizational transformation priorities, offering a chance to influence the future of the organization. This is an opportunity for a strategic HR leader to take on a career-defining challenge in a new role at an exciting time for the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA).
You will play a pivotal role in embedding and leading the organisation's HRBP model, ensuring its effective development, implementation, and measurement. You will oversee a team of HR Business Partners, an HR Project & Data Manager, and a Project Officer, aligning HR strategy with organisational transformation priorities.
As the Deputy to the Head of HR and OD, you will drive cultural change, champion workforce transformation, and lead strategic HR projects to foster an agile, high-performing, and inclusive workforce.

Salary ranges are advertised, with new hires typically starting at the lowest salary point, with potential for progression based on skill and experience. The salary point may be adjusted for highly qualified candidates.
