Job summary

Blake Morgan LLP is seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave in our Southampton HR Team. You will be the first point of contact for employees, support HR Business Partners, and assist HR specialist teams with firm-wide programmes and processes.

The role focuses on advising on policy, handling employee data with GDPR compliance, and contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives while delivering timely HR analytics and reports.

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD qualification with strong interest in Employee Relations.
• Strong analytical ability with clear data presentation.
• Good working knowledge of HR Information Systems.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and information security.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on policy, procedure and all aspects of the employee life cycle.
• Analyze people data and trends across the business.
• Support HR Business Partners: exit interviews, maternity risk assessments and interviews.
• Assist HR specialist areas and campaigns across the firm.
