Job summary

Bradgate Education Partnership is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the Trust HR team on a permanent basis. You will advise Headteachers and senior leaders, support employment relations, recruitment, attendance, wellbeing and organisational change across multiple schools.

The role requires CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent, strong knowledge of employment legislation, and the ability to travel between Trust sites. A vehicle is desirable and the position is based in Leicester.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Access to a vehicle and the ability to travel between Trust sites where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to Headteachers, senior leaders and managers across schools.
• Deliver a high-quality, responsive HR service and support diverse employment matters.
• Support employee relations, recruitment, attendance, wellbeing and change initiatives.
• Analyse workforce data and contribute to service improvements within the Trust.
• Deliver training and guidance to leaders and build strong stakeholder relationships.
