WEBRECRUIT is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Twickenham with hybrid working (1-2 days in the office). You will provide pragmatic HR support, lead on complex employee relations cases and contribute to strategic HR projects across the organisation.
The role reports to the HR Director and requires CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, with a strong track record as an HR generalist and knowledge of UK employment law.
Location: Twickenham, London (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £43,350 per annum
Contract: Fixed-Term – 12 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm)

They’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their People Team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service while supporting managers, leading on complex employee relations cases and contributing to strategic HR projects across the organisation.
Reporting to the HR Director, you'll be the trusted HR partner for managers across the organisation, providing practical, commercially focused and legally compliant HR advice throughout the employee lifecycle.
Working within a small, collaborative HR team, you'll influence good people management practices, lead on complex employee relations matters, contribute to organisational change projects and help continuously improve the organisation’s HR policies, processes and services. You'll also deputise for the HR Director where appropriate.
Experience within the charity, housing, homelessness or social care sectors would be an advantage but is not essential.
