Adore Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to deliver a high-quality, commercially focused HR service across the business. You will partner with managers, guide policy application, and support both operational and strategic HR activities.

This role offers hybrid working, the opportunity to shape the employee experience, and exposure to recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR generalist or advisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations cases confidently.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with HR data.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Manage a range of employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
• Support managers in applying policies, procedures, and employment legislation correctly and consistently.
• Build strong working relationships across the business to support people initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Support learning and development activity and identify training needs.
• Analyse HR data to support insights, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to reward processes including pay reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and wider HR projects.
• Assist with health & safety coordination and general office management responsibilities where required.

The Role
