A leading Professional Services Organisation in West Yorkshire is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team. This role focuses on Employee Relations, performance management, and key HR projects. The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, be qualified to at least level 5 CIPD, and be committed to their personal development. Our Client is a successful and expanding Professional Services Organisation business based in West Yorkshire and are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor to work as part of a wider HR team. We’re seeking an ambitious Senior HR Advisor who is comfortable acting as the primary contact for all Employee Relations across the business.
The roleWithin the role you will deal with all people related matter, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Their will be a focus on building a positive and inclusive employee experience by providing a timely and effective service to key stakeholders across the employee lifecycle
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Operations Manager helping to develop and implement the people agenda. As well as helping to deliver a full-service HR role encompassing everything from Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR systems, Reward etc, you will also lead on a number of key HR projects focusing on things such as Wellbeing and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
The candidateThe ideal candidate will have:
We're looking for someone who's self-motivated and committed to their own continuous personal development. You will already be qualified to at least level 5 CIPD or have a relevant degree (e.g. MSc in Human Resource Management).
You will be comfortable working in a busy and fast paced role with a flexible approach to work activities. The client has an established hybrid working model, where the expectation is to be in the office 1 - 2 days a week.
