Job summary

Insight Select is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor for our client in Chatham, offering hybrid work and a friendly team environment. You will work closely with employees and senior leaders across ER, recruitment, L&D, reward and onboarding to drive people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
• Analysing workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations that improve people management practices.
• Coaching and developing managers to build capability in handling people matters and promoting best practice.
• Leading recruitment and talent management activities, ensuring effective attraction, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
• Ensuring compliance with employment law, company policies, and regulatory requirements while minimising organisational risk.
