Rochester, Kent Hybrid Working £40,000-£45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Are you a commercially minded HR professional looking for a role where you can genuinely influence a growing business?
We're partnering with an ambitious and expanding construction group to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their centralised HR function. Supporting four businesses within the group, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation at a pivotal stage in its journey.
With significant growth plans, including acquisitions and business integration projects, the HR team is playing a key role in shaping the future of the organisation. This role offers a blend of operational HR and project work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, taking ownership, and working closely with stakeholders across a business.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be part of a highly visible and respected HR team that has built strong relationships throughout the organisation and is trusted to support strategic business objectives.
This is far more than a traditional HR advisory role.
Alongside providing day-to-day HR support, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a range of exciting projects linked to business growth, acquisitions, integration activity, payroll harmonisation, contract reviews and employee benefits alignment.
The successful candidate will support multiple businesses across the group, gaining exposure to a broad range of HR challenges and helping drive consistency, compliance and best practice across the wider organisation.
We're looking for an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing operational HR with project work.
Industry experience is not essential. What's more important is your ability to build relationships, solve problems and operate as a trusted HR partner.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a business with ambitious plans and be part of an HR team that is central to that journey. You'll gain exposure to exciting group‑wide projects, work alongside strong business leaders and have the opportunity to make a real impact during a period of significant growth and change.
