Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnering

  • Build strong relationships with business unit leaders and Line Management to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Translate business needs into people strategies that support growth, performance, and culture.
  • Leading People Specific Projects, responsible for reporting and successful delivery
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on Line Management Leadership and HR best practice.
  • Lead and support integrations via company acquisitions and TUPE

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Champion a positive employee experience, embedding company values and culture across business units.
  • Use engagement survey insights to drive targeted action plans and track progress.
  • Support change management and organisational development efforts.

Performance & Talent

  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with other Business Partners on development programmes and career pathways, Identifying skills gaps to address capability needs.

Employee Relations & Policy

  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Support policy development and ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practice.
  • Partner with wider People Team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions, reporting against agreed KPI’s and measuring impact.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a generalist advisory HR role, ideally with exposure to business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data and insights to inform decisions.
