Job summary

Creative Support in Grimsby, Lincolnshire is recruiting a Senior Housing Support Worker to join a compassionate team. The role covers 37.5 hours per week in a full-time post, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Oversee other support workers’ cases, ensuring positive outcomes, reasonable timelines, and contract requirements are met.
• Support senior staff in planning and delivering smooth service operations (staff supervisions, rota planning, assessments & devising support plans).

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated individual to join our friendly team in Grimsby, Lincolnshire as a Senior Housing Support Worker.

Our service provides housing-related support to people with a range of support needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, substance misuse, ex-offenders, and people experiencing homelessness and financial struggles.

As a Senior Housing Support Worker, you will have a varied role, from collaborating with other senior staff to lead a team, to providing person-centered practical and emotional support to people with a variety of support needs.

The successful candidate with have a warm, proactive approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week). Hours are to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
