Job summary

Creative Support in Grimsby, Lincolnshire is seeking a Senior Housing Support Worker to join our team. You will manage a caseload and provide person-centered practical and emotional support to individuals with varied housing-related needs, including tenancy and finances.

You will supervise other workers, help plan services, and contribute to smooth operation of the service, including staff rotas and assessments. A driving license and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and ability to oversee others.
• Experience supporting people with housing-related needs.
• A clean, valid UK driving license with access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of people you support with outcome-focused practical and emotional help.
• Work with support plans to assist tenancy, work readiness, community integration, independent living skills, finances, health and wellbeing.
• Oversee other support workers' cases to ensure positive outcomes and contract compliance.
• Support senior staff in planning and delivering smooth service operations (supervisions, rota planning, assessments, and support plans).
