Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis Group is seeking an experienced Solicitor – Housing Management to lead and develop our housing management legal workstream. You will manage a complex caseload, supervise paralegals, and provide specialist advice on tenancy, lease, anti-social behaviour, and related litigation.

You will support the Head of Legal (Litigation) on substantial matters while ensuring resident-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales with valid Practising Certificate.
• 2+ years PQE in housing law or related housing litigation/ advice role.
• Experience supervising/paralegals or non-authorised colleagues preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills in a team environment.
• Proficiency with legal databases and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of housing management litigation and supervise in-house litigation activities.
• Lead, supervise and mentor paralegals, monitoring caseloads and quality.
• Provide specialist housing law advice, representation, and training to operational teams.
• Oversee drafting of legal documents, court bundles, evidence, and witness statements.
• Identify high-risk matters and coordinate with Head of Legal (Litigation) on strategy.
