Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis Group is seeking a Paralegal (Litigation) to join our in-house Legal Services team in London. You will handle a varied caseload including housing management litigation, possession proceedings, disrepair, and anti-social behaviour matters, providing practical legal advice to operational and repairs teams.

You will draft documents, liaise with external panel solicitors, and represent NHG at court hearings and mediations while ensuring accurate records and commercially sensible

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing a legal caseload in housing/disciplinary matters.
• Experience in a legal department or housing sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload on housing management litigation, possession proceedings, disrepair, injunctions, and related matters.
• Provide specialist legal advice to operational teams and external partners.
• Prepare statements, pleadings, court bundles and legal correspondence.
• Represent the organisation at court hearings, mediations, and external forums.
• Develop relationships with internal teams and external solicitors; deliver coaching and guidance.
