Job summary

Turning Point Scotland is the largest provider of homelessness services in Scotland, supporting around 2,000 people daily and 4,500 per year. We are hiring a Lead Practitioner to join our frontline Housing First service, helping people with complex needs move straight into a permanent home with wraparound support.

The role demands high-quality, person-centred frontline support, trauma-informed practice and strong multi-agency collaboration across housing, health, substance misuse and criminal

Qualifications

• Experienced with people who have complex needs.
• Calm, non-judgemental and values-driven.
• Understanding safeguarding and multi-agency working.
• Confident supporting others while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred frontline support.
• Lead by example and model trauma-informed practice.
• Support customers to move into and sustain permanent accommodation.
• Provide guidance and practice support to colleagues.
• Work with partner agencies across housing, health and criminal justice.
