Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the affordable housing development programme and major refurbishment projects for an interim period of around 2-3 months. Working with the Director of Development, you will oversee feasibility through to contract award, plus budgets, forecasting, procurement and risk management.

You will bring significant affordable housing development experience, knowledge of Scottish Government grants, and a full UK driving

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in affordable housing development.
• Experience leading teams on complex housing programmes.
• Knowledge of development funding and grant procedures.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.

Aufgaben

• Lead the affordable housing development programme including new-build and major refurbishment.
• Oversee feasibility, budgets, forecasts and risk management.
• Procure funding and manage grants, claims and compliance.
• Lead procurement strategies and tender processes.
• Engage with Scottish Government, local authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare performance reports and investment recommendations for leadership.
