Job summary

Architecture Social Limited is seeking a Senior Housing Architect to lead large residential developments across London and the UK, from concept through planning to delivery. The role emphasizes placemaking, sustainability and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

You will coordinate design proposals, ensure compliance with UK regulations and planning policy, and drive high-quality housing schemes in a dynamic, partnership-driven environment.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with strong UK residential experience.
• Experience on 100+ home developments.
• Excellent design and placemaking skills.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of residential projects.
• Develop design proposals for mixed-tenure housing schemes.
• Coordinate project information using Revit.
• Support planning submissions and client presentations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Ensure compliance with planning policy and design guidance.
• Collaborate with local authorities, developers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to sustainable, long-term housing value.
