Qualifications

• CCAB qualified accountant or part-qualified considered with significant financial management experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to present information via visuals and narrative.
• Knowledge of housing development schemes and ability to review financial & operational aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget monitoring and annual budget setting for housing including temporary accommodation.
• Close service accounts at year-end and manage RO/RA returns to London Councils and funders.
• Review housing benefits subsidy and maximise subsidy while minimising errors.
• Ensure housing developments maximise the Council's ability to meet demand.
• Develop staff to deliver financial management support to housing services.
• Respond to FOI requests and external audit queries.
