Akari Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to lead domestic and laundry teams in our elderly care home. You will maintain cleanliness in residents’ rooms and communal areas, rostering staff to ensure consistent care, and foster a supportive, respectful environment for residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within similar environment.
• Housekeeper/Team leader experience.
• A caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and communal areas.
• Ensure staff rostering aligns resources with resident care needs.
• Lead and coach domestic and laundry teams to continuously improve standards.
• Support residents and protect their dignity and individuality.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to deliver safe, respectful care.
