Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant seeking progression.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to residents and help care planning processes.
• Observe, review, and finalise care planning needs.
• Assist and contribute ideas for social activities; support training and supervision of junior staff.
