Job summary

Aria Court Care Home in March, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Senior Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest cleanliness standards for residents and visitors.

This role covers rotas, budgets, recruitment, training and reporting, with a 37.5 hour week, £13.50 per hour, and a comprehensive induction plus holiday entitlement and Blue Light Card benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position leading a team, budgets and targets.
• Genuine passion for care and residents' needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the housekeeping and laundry services within the home.
• Recruit, induct and train the support service team and monitor targets.
• Plan rotas, oversee budgets, stocks and reporting for Housekeeping.
• Lead and inspire direct reports to deliver outstanding service.
