Job summary

Aria Court Care Home in March, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Senior Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest cleanliness standards for residents and visitors.

About The Role

Leading our Housekeeping team, the Senior Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the highest service standards of cleaning to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.

Salary

£13.50 per hour.

Shift Pattern

37.5 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

Home Location

Coronation Close, March, England, PE15 9PP.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage overall responsibility for support services within the home for laundry and domestic housekeeping.
• Support the management team in the recruitment, induction and training of the support service team; ensuring training targets are met and team is competent in their roles.
• Manage rotas, budgets, stocks and reporting duties for the Housekeeping department within the home.
• Support, lead, manage and inspire direct reports to deliver outstanding service for the home.

Training, Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, with proven experience successfully managing a team, budgets and targets.
• A passion for care – we're looking for a genuinely caring individual who will put the needs of our residents first.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as high attention to detail.
