Silverstone is seeking an experienced, highly organised Project Manager to support the delivery of Hospitality at Silverstone.

You will streamline planning, embed best practice, and ensure delivery excellence across the Hospitality portfolio, working with internal departments and external partners. This role offers a permanent full-time position at Silverstone, reporting to the Hospitality Delivery team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably in motorsport events or large‑scale events.
• Experience in strategic planning and leadership of multi‑functional teams.
• Significant technical understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Any other relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project strategy and planning aligned with overall goals.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of hospitality projects and post‑event analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
• Manage stakeholders and lead contractors to successful execution.
• Ensure governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
