Royal Borough Of Kensington And Chelsea is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Basingstoke Hospital Social Work Team. You will work with health and social care colleagues to help adults leaving hospital achieve the best outcomes, in a hybrid working arrangement.

The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, managing a complex caseload, supervising staff, safeguarding triage, and building strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Social Work qualification and SWE registration.
• Experience with adults in social care.
• Strong understanding of strengths-based practice.
• Knowledge of social work law and statutory duties.
• Commitment to compassion, empathy and respect.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of needs and available support.
• Manage a complex caseload and supervise junior staff.
